The New Year has begun and many of us are looking for easy and
​H E A L T H Y breakfast ideas for our families. And since every good New Year begins with a toast, let's join in on the celebration with 6 Healthy Breakfast Toast ideas!

Follow these simple steps to pack every slice with nutrition and energy!


  1. Begin with a whole grain loaf. For our video we chose 15 grain bread. Beautiful and packed with nutritious grains.
  2. Add your favorite spread, such as yogurt, nut butter, cream cheese, jam, or avocado!
  3. Layer on fruits, vegetables, or both. 
  4. Garnish as desired with honey, spices, herbs or fresh cracked pepper and sea salt.
