How to Make Zucchini Pasta AKA Zoodles
No matter if you have just a veggie peeler or a fancy spiralizer, you can enjoy this recipe! My favorite way is to cut the zucchini is into ribbons. Simply peel your zucchini into thin, wide ribbons. If you would like a smaller, more pasta like size, slice the ribbons down with a knife.
No Cook Zucchini Pasta Recipe
1.) Ribbon zucchini with veggie peeler or into zoodles with spiralizer
2.) Mix in pesto sauce and chopped cherry tomatoes
3.) Season with salt and pepper to taste
4.) Garnish with Italian cheese & chopped herbs
