You miss pizza. So do I! So let's make a keto pizza dough that tastes like our old favorite!
Start by gathering your ingredients:
1.5 cups mozzarella
3/4 cup almond flour
2 T cream cheese
Next melt your cheeses for 90 secs in the microwave, then mix in 1 egg and almond flour until dough forms. Roll out dough to desired shape between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Bake on parchment lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 12 mins. Top with sauce, cheese and desired toppings then return to the oven for 4 to 5 mins until melted and golden brown.
