Easter: Baked Ham with Cherry Glaze

Is there anything better to put on your Easter table than a beautifully baked ham? Maybe one with a decadent and delicious Cherry Almond Glaze!

Ingredients:

  • 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6 to 8 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can pitted dark sweet cherries, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:

  • Roast ham at 350 degrees for 15 min per pound until warm throughout.
  • In a small saucepan, mix rest of ingredients until smooth. Cook on low and stir until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with ham.
