Fresh herbs are the star of this delectable spring sauce! Dill & parsley blended together to create a vibrant, fresh tasting and versatile sauce that pairs perfectly with grilled fish, pasta and as we will do here: over a tomato and mozzarella salad.
In a blender, puree the dill, parsley, water, shallot, mustard, vinegar and garlic. With the machine on, gradually add the canola oil and puree until smooth. Season with salt. Drizzle over a mozzarella-tomato salad.
