How to Make Zucchini Pasta AKA Zoodles
No matter if you have just a veggie peeler or a fancy spiralizer, you can enjoy this recipe! My favorite way is to cut the zucchini is into ribbons. Simply peel your zucchini into thin, wide ribbons. If you would like a smaller, more pasta like size, slice the ribbons down with a knife.
No Cook Zucchini Pasta Recipe
1.) Ribbon zucchini with veggie peeler or into zoodles with spiralizer
2.) Mix in pesto sauce and chopped cherry tomatoes
3.) Season with salt and pepper to taste
4.) Garnish with Italian cheese & chopped herbs

2 lb chicken thighs, sliced into chunks
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
Sear the chicken thighs evenly in a pan, then flip.
Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring and bringing to a boil.
Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken.
What can I serve with my Chicken Teriyaki?
Of course, steamed broccoli and rice are the BEST sides! Choose white or brown, or play to your taste buds with jasmine or even wild rice. Be sure to drizzle your sauce over everything and top your chicken with sesame seeds and/or sliced green onion.
